Job Description
• Process Implementation: Develop and enforce quality control policies, procedures, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Auditing & Inspection: Conduct regular routine inspections, audits of production lines, and supplier evaluations.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry laws, ISO guidelines, and internal company benchmarks.
• Data & Reporting: Analyze quality metrics, trace defects, and compile performance logs for management.
• Training: Educate floor and office staff on best practices, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Problem Solving: Investigate customer complaints, isolate root causes, and launch corrective or preventive actions (CAPA).
