Job Description
Production Manager – JD
Position: Production Manager
Location: Satpur, Nashik
Production planning and execution as per targets.
Manage manpower, machines and production schedules.
Monitor productivity, rejection, rework and machine downtime.
Ensure production as per quality standards and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Quality, PPC, Maintenance, Stores and Purchase departments.
Handle shop-floor operations and production team.
Implement 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
Reduce wastage and production cost.
Prepare daily/monthly production reports and MIS.
Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
Ensure safety and discipline on the shop floor.
Guide and train supervisors and operators.
