• Test Planning & Design: Review system requirements and technical designs to create comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases. • Execution & Testing: Perform manual testing (functional, usability, exploratory) and write scripts for automated testing. • Bug Tracking & Reporting: Identify, document, and track software bugs or process defects using tracking tools like JIRA. • Performance & Regression Testing: Run regression tests on new builds to ensure existing features remain functional, and test system performance under load. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and clients to isolate root causes and resolve issues early in the lifecycle. • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate testing methods and recommend changes to boost efficiency and product consistency.
